All-American Junior Golf Tour The South’s Premier Junior Golf Tour

. We are proud that the 2012 All-AmericanCup will again be hosted by Black Creek Golf Club in Chattanooga, Tennessee on February 18-19, 2012. Black Creek has been the home of the Chattanooga Classic, a Nationwide Tour Event for several years. This event is a very fun event that you do not want to miss. The field will be filled first come first served until the 36 team limit is filled, so hurry and enter as soon as you find your partner. The field will be open to any Boys HS, Boys 6-8 grade, Girls HS, and Girls 6-8 grade. Team members do not have to be a members of the All-American Junior Golf Tour to play. They just have to be between the grades of the 6th grade and seniors in High School. You, and your partner that you choose will both have to enter the event just like any other event from the schedule page of aajgt.com. Once you and your partner have enter you MUST send an email to aajgt@comcast.net stating who your partner will be. Once both partners have entered, and we have received your email you will be moved into the All-AmericanCup field.
If you do not have a partner, and would like to play please enter anyway. You will need to send an email to aajgt@comcast.net stating that you have entered, and would like to be paired with someone. I will take other players who do not have a partner, and pair them together as a team. Once players have entered, and the email has been send to tell me who your playing partner will be, the teams will be posted on a link on the All-American Junior Golf Tour homepage.
Each Team will be divided into (3 groups of 12 teams) according to the strength of the teams. The 3 – 12 teams groups will be call the Red, White, and Blue teams. The winner of the 2012 All-AmericanCup will be the team that scores the most points using the Stableford scoring system for this 2 day event. There will also be a (2 person team) that will be the individual team winner who scores the most total points for the 2 days.
The Opening Ceremony will be Saturday Morning at 10:30 at the putting green beside the driving range, and is MANDATORY for all players to be there, all team members will be recognized. At that time all players will be given their team hats, and toboggans for the weekend.
Below is the team format for each day, and the stableford scoring system that will be used for the 2011 All-AmericanCup.
Round 1 (Saturday) will be a two-person low-ball format (both players play their own ball each hole, counting the lowest score).
Round 2 (Sunday) will be a modified alternate shot format (both players will tee off, then play alternate shots from the tee ball they choose).
The Stableford scoring system will be used for the team event. The following will be the points scoring system.
Boys HS/Boys 6-8 Grade Girls HS/Girls 6-8 Grade • Double bogey or worse - minus-1 points
